Energy Assistance Program Application
The application for the Energy Assistance Program is called the Minnesota Energy Programs Application. While the EAP program year runs from October 1 to May 31 each year, from June through September households can still send in an application and get on the list for possible Weatherization Assistance Program services and to automatically be sent an application before the start of the next program year. During the offseason, local Service Providers may also be able to identify other services, such as emergency energy assistance.
